Sara Jane Franklin is an illustrator specializing in whimsical, line-based illustrations using watercolors, pen & ink drawings, recycled paper textures and hand lettering. Her art appeals to kids and kids at heart. Inspired by vibrant colors, quirky styles and mischievous characters she likes to color (brightly) outside the lines. She has created a line of over 200 greeting cards for Paper Loop that are being sold around the world. You can find her illustrations on the walls at surf shops, on retail shelves in gift boutiques, in magazines, cd packaging and more. She is currently available for commissioned illustrations and art licensing. She likes bike riding, the desert, Pantone swatches, cheese, the 80s, cats and a good book. The number of markers on her desk is currently out of control.
